KANATIFIT Returns Policy

At KANATIFIT, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward returns policy.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Items must have no visible signs of damage or wear, including but not limited to pulls, snags, stretching, stains, or odours.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn or in their original condition.
  • You must provide acceptable proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  2. Package Your Items: Ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package back to us using a reliable shipping method. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
  5. Store Credit or Exchange: Upon approval, you will receive a store credit for the returned items, which is valid for 1 year and can be used for future purchases. If you prefer an exchange, we will promptly ship out the replacement items.

Important Notes:

  • KANATIFIT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a KANATIFIT error.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received at our facility.
